This document has not been written yet. The Privacy Policy for THE LIST is being prepared and has not been reviewed by a lawyer, so there is nothing on this page to agree to and nothing here should be relied on as a statement of your rights.

It is published in this state on purpose. During the private beta the link belongs in the footer, in the signup form and in Settings, and a link that goes nowhere is worse than one that says plainly it is not ready.

Descriptions of how the software currently handles what you write are kept in Settings, under Where your data lives and the questions below it. Those are descriptions of the software, not a legal policy, and the finished document may say more than they do.
